How do I make changes to an online order?
If you have incorrectly placed an order online, contact us immediately in order to ensure we update your order before we ship it out. After the order has been packed and sent out for shipping, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Absolutely! Feel free to give us a call during our business hours. You will need to provide us with credit card information as well as any shipping information we may need. Other information needed is subject to change.
Will my gift card expire if I don't use it?
Never! As long as we are still in business, you can use your gift card.
