Exchanges & Returns
- All returns and exchanges of merchandise purchased online must be made within 7 days of package arrival.
Your purchase may be exchanged for other merchandise or for store credit as we do not issue cash refunds on purchases.
- Merchandise must be unworn/unused with any tags still attached. Any items with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer. Shoes must be returned in their original box and in original condition.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items from our swag (sale) section as they are FINAL SALE.
- Any shipping charges associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: all undergarments are FINAL SALE.
How to Return & Exchange
Purchases made online may be returned or exchanged in either of our boutique locations with any packing slips sent with original package.
